Privacy and Cookies Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy & Cookies Policy (“Policy”) governs any data you provide or make available to us while using the kennedywilsonresidential.ie website (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Kennedy Wilson Europe Limited, an Irish registered company with registered number 498779 and with its registered office at 1st Floor, 33 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (“KWE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Further information about KWE is included under “The Property Owners” below. By using or browsing the Site on any computer or device, you agree to be bound by and abide by this Policy.

2. Our Property Agents

The Site includes an Enquiries page and a Contact Us page. These facilities enable you to make direct contact with our nominated property agents (Lansdowne Partners and Savills) who we have appointed in connection with the properties featured on the Site. Any communications between you and the agents will be identifiable as such and will not be subject to this Policy. Note however that we may disclose and share your information with our agents where it is relevant to any enquiry or communication that you have made while using the Site. We may also share your information with our agents from time to time so as to enable us to manage the marketing, advertising, letting, management and administration of the featured properties on the Site.

Like most websites, we collect and retain two types of information, personal information and non-personal information. Personal information is capable of identifying you and includes information such as your name, address, gender, email address, birth date, occupation etc. The Site does not collect personal information from you unless you choose to give it to us e.g. by sending us an email using the Enquiries or Contact Us pages of the Site. We do not wish to receive sensitive personal data from you (examples include data relating to health, criminality, race, religion, trade union membership etc.) so please do not send it to us.
