- Directions from city centre
On foot
From St Stephen’s Green, go down Kildare Street in the direction of Trinity College. Turn right down Nassau Street, and follow the road around Trinity College to Westland Row. Continue straight down Lombard Street, and cross the river at the Sean O’ Casey bridge. Turn right along North Wall Quay and continue along the quays until you come to Guild Street. Turn left into Guild Street, then take a right turn for Sheriff Street. Continue along Sheriff Street and the North Bank building will be on the right.
By Car
From St Stephen’s Green, travel towards Merrion Row. Take the first left onto Merrion Street Upper/R138 and continue onto Merrion Square West. Turn left onto Clare Street/R118, then turn right onto Lincoln Place/R138, and left onto Westland Row/R118/R138. Turn left onto Pearse Street/R118/R138/R802. Continue on R802, then turn right onto Custom House Quay/R801.
By Bus
The main Dublin Bus route that serves North Bank is the Number 53.
By LUAS
From the city centre visitors should take the inbound Red Line LUAS, Tallaght to The Point, and alight at the last stop, The Point. Visitors can also take the inbound Green Line LUAS, Bride’s Glen to Parnell/Boomsbridge, alight at O’Connell Street, walk to Abbey Street LUAS stop and take the connecting Red Line LUAS to The Point. The LUAS operates approximately every 10-15 minutes.

Dublin’s local rail service (DART) stops at Connolly Station, which is a 16-minute walk from North Bank. Connolly Station also provides a link with the city’s light rail service, the LUAS (Red Line).
- Directions from M50
From the M50 motorway (south of the city), take Exit No. 9 (N7 – Naas Road Exit/Dublin City Centre). Continue along the R110 onto the R810, and turn right onto R812 (Davitt Road). Follow the R812 until it meets the R111, then turn right and continue along R111 (Dolphin Road). Continue on R111 (The Grand Canal is on your left-hand side). Travel alongside the canal to Baggot Street Bridge. Continue straight onto Haddington Road until you come to a Y junction with Slattery’s Public House in front of you. Keep to the left of Slattery’s onto South Lotts Road. Turn right onto Bridge Street/R802, then turn left onto Thorncastle Street. Turn right onto Bothar Eachrac, and then turn left onto East Wall Road/R131 and cross the toll bridge. Go through the roundabout to stay on East Wall Road/R131, then turn left onto Sheriff Street/R101. The North Bank building is on your right.

Dublin Airport is 12 km from North Bank. The Air Coach provides a 24-hour coach service from Dublin Airport to 3Arena, only a 8-minute walk away. Taxis are available outside the arrival hall at Dublin Airport.
Travelling by car from Dublin Airport:
North Bank is a 12-minute drive from Dublin Airport. Head southwest and turn left onto R132. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the M1 ramp to An Lár/City Centre. Merge onto M1 and continue onto M50. Continue straight onto East Wall Road/ R131, then turn right onto Sheriff Street Upper/ R101. The North Bank Building is on your left.
